Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all states and union territories across India, including:

• All major cities and metropolitan areas
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Rural areas with postal coverage
• Remote locations (additional delivery time may apply)

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries including:

• United States and Canada
• United Kingdom and European Union
• Australia and New Zealand
• Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE
• Other countries upon request (contact us for availability)

Note: International shipping is subject to customs regulations and may have restrictions on certain herbal products.

Processing Time

• Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
• Custom Formulations: 3-5 business days
• Bulk Orders: 2-7 business days (depending on quantity)
• Out-of-Stock Items: 5-10 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on weekdays or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Standard Shipping: ₹100-200 (based on weight and location)
• Express Shipping: ₹200-400 (based on weight and location)
• Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹50 handling fee

International Shipping Rates

• Standard International: $15-30 USD (based on weight and destination)
• Express International: $35-60 USD (based on weight and destination)
• Duties and Taxes: Customer responsibility (varies by country)

Special Handling

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain Ayurvedic products require special handling:

• Cold storage items shipped with ice packs
• Heat-sensitive products protected from extreme temperatures
• Expedited shipping recommended for monsoon season
• Additional packaging charges may apply

Fragile Items

• Glass bottles and containers receive extra protective packaging
• Fragile item surcharge: ₹50-100 for domestic, $5-10 for international
• Insurance recommended for high-value fragile items

Order Tracking

• Tracking information provided within 24 hours of shipment
• SMS and email notifications for key delivery milestones
• Real-time tracking available on our website and mobile app
• Customer service support for tracking queries

Delivery Procedures

Standard Delivery

• Delivery attempted between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM on business days
• Signature required for orders above ₹2,500 (domestic) or $100 (international)
• Safe drop-off authorized for smaller orders (customer preference)
• Up to 3 delivery attempts before return to sender

Failed Delivery

• Notification sent for failed delivery attempts
• Package held at local facility for 7 days
• Customer can arrange redelivery or pickup
• Return shipping charges apply if package is returned to sender

Shipping Restrictions

• Products containing controlled substances
• Items banned by destination country regulations
• Perishable items for long-distance shipping
• Liquids above permitted volume limits for air transport

Country-Specific Restrictions

Shipping Insurance

• Optional insurance available for high-value orders
• Domestic insurance: 1% of order value (minimum ₹50)
• International insurance: 2% of order value (minimum $5)
• Covers loss, theft, and damage during transit
• Claims processed within 7-14 business days

Shipping may be affected during:

• Transportation strikes or natural disasters
