Our Commitment to Quality

At SSKARC Ayurvedic Research Center, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Return Period

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • All returned products must be in their original, unopened condition
  • Products must include original packaging and labels
  • Damaged or tampered products cannot be accepted for return

Eligible Items for Return

Returnable Items:

  • Unopened herbal products in original packaging
  • Unused Ayurvedic supplements and medicines
  • Cosmetic and personal care products (if unopened)
  • Books and educational materials in good condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used herbal products for health and safety reasons
  • Perishable items or products with expired dates
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products purchased during special clearance sales

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@sskarc.org or call our customer service at +91-9370693264 within the return period.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the items in their original condition with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method (shipping costs may apply).
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange an item for a higher-value product, you will need to pay the difference. Follow the same return process and specify that you would like an exchange in your initial contact.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@sskarc.org with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
